Frequently asked questions

Is the company administrator really free?

Yes. One designated company administrator login is free. Additional users are charged at the published monthly rate.

Are prices shown before VAT?

Yes. The published user and add-on prices exclude VAT. Stripe processing fees are also separate where customer payments are enabled.

Can add-ons be switched on later?

Yes. Company administrators can activate optional services when they are needed. Charges apply while the add-on is active.

Can pricing be tailored?

Metisseo can apply agreed company-level or user-level price overrides where appropriate.
