1. Service
These terms are between Digitav Ltd trading as Metisseo and the business customer using the service. Digitav Ltd is registered in England and Wales under company number 07752721. Metisseo provides a hosted customer relationship management service with configurable company records, contacts, opportunities, tasks, appointments, quotes, invoices, support, documents, automation, reporting and optional customer-facing features. Available functionality may depend on the selected users, add-ons and configuration.
2. Company accounts and users
Each company is responsible for accurate account information, authorised users, permissions and credential security. One designated company administrator login is offered free under the published pricing model. Additional users are charged while active, subject to any agreed override.
3. Charges and billing
Published prices are in £and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise. Additional users and active add-ons are billed monthly. Payment-provider charges, including Stripe processing fees, are separate. Failed payment may result in restricted or suspended access.
4. Optional add-ons
Document storage, the customer portal, customer payments and managed customer email are optional monthly services. Availability, scope and price are shown in the workspace or current published pricing. An add-on may depend on company configuration or a third-party provider.
5. Customer data and responsibilities
The customer is responsible for the legality, accuracy, permissions, notices, retention and use of data entered into its workspace. Customers must not upload unlawful, infringing, malicious or unauthorised material.
6. Acceptable use
The service must not be used for unlawful activity, fraud, spam, harassment, malware, unauthorised surveillance, security attacks, rights infringement or attempts to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to systems.
7. Third-party services
Some functions depend on providers such as Stripe, hosting, DNS, email or other external systems. Their terms, fees, limits and availability may apply. Metisseo is not responsible for failures outside its reasonable control.
8. Availability, maintenance and support
Metisseo takes reasonable steps to operate, maintain and secure the service but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. Maintenance, security work and provider incidents may occasionally affect access. Support is provided on a reasonable-efforts basis.
9. Intellectual property
Metisseo and its licensors retain rights in the platform, source code, templates, tools, design and service operation. Customers retain rights in their own lawful content and grant the permissions needed for Metisseo to host and process that content to provide the service.
10. Suspension and termination
Metisseo may end any account, including a free company administrator account or a paid account, by giving at least 30 days’ written notice. Paid access will normally continue until the end of the current paid billing period where that date is later than the notice period. Metisseo may restrict, suspend or terminate access immediately where there are serious grounds, including unpaid charges, fraud, unlawful use, material breach, security risk or risk to other users or the service. Customers should export required data before access ends. Data access, retention and export after cancellation depend on the applicable agreement, service status, legal requirements and technical availability.
11. Liability
Nothing excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Metisseo is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, lost profit or issues caused by customer configuration, unauthorised use or third-party services. Any specific liability cap should be confirmed in the applicable subscription or written agreement.
12. Changes, law and contact
Terms may be updated with reasonable notice where changes materially affect active customers. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Questions should be sent to info@metisseo.co.uk.
